In Obedience to the within Warrant I have caused to be Surveyed and laid out unto Capt. Walter CAMPBELL and fifteen others the Several Allottments of Land therein Directed; Containing in the whole Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Acres. Situate laying & being on the Northeastern side the River St. Johns, within the County of Sunbury, & comprehended within the District herein after Described To wit- Beginning at the upper bound of Land Granted William JEFFERY, Thence to Run North Eleven degrees & 30 minutes East Two Hundred & Sixty Three Chains, Thence North Forty five degrees West, Three hundred & Thirty five Chains, Thence South Forty five degrees West, Four Hundred Chains to the River, Thence to be Rounded by the Several Courses of the River down Stream to the Bounds first Mentioned, Containing in the whole District, Twelve Thousand one Hundred & Eighty Seven acres more or less, According to the annexed Plan.
