Sales at George Town South Carolina the 1st day of August 1782 of the Real and Personal Estate late the Property of Doctr. Charles FYFFE pursuant to the confiscation Act passed at Jackson’sburgh the 26th February 1782.
N.B. The above real and personal Property was sold payable in Speci[e]s, the real on a Credit of 5 Years with Interest from the day of Sale, the personal for ready money but by virtue of an act afterwards passed State Indents were made receivable. I Certify the above to be a true Extract taken from the Commissioners of Forfeited Estates Sales Book.

Carolina } Personally appeared Charles Howell Simons Clerk of the Commissioners of Forfeited Estates who made Solemn Affirmation according to the form of his profession, That the within account of Sales is a True Copy from the Original Entries in the Books of the said Commissioners.
