Sir

Having heard from Lt. Col. CAMPBELL that a man, reports the Rebels to be assembling on Briar Creek, it is my desire, that you will immediately march your Troop, and Detachment, to the other Side of Ogeechie River, in order to join Col. CAMPBELL, if necessary; or perform Such other Service as may be required of you.
