We hear from Montreal, that his Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the following Gentlemen Field-Officers of the Militia for the City and Precinct of Montreal, viz. Mr. Dufils DESAUNIOR, Colonel; Mr. SILVESTRE, Lieutenant-Colonel; and Mr. St. George DUPRE, Major.
