who being duly Sworn on the Evangelists of Almighty God deposeth and sayeth-

that they were Private Soldiers in the Queens Rangers when that Corps was Commanded by Lieut. Colo. ROGERS-

that they belonged to Captain FRAZERs Company-

that said FRAZER never did pay to any of them the Kings Bounty of 40/ Shillings Sterling which was at that time allowed to every Man who Voluntarily enlisted into said Regiment.
