Before John BEDELL Esqr. One of His Majestys Justices of Peace Richmond County Staten Island North America Personally appeared Daniel BRUNDAGE, Saml. PEARCE, William TIVIFORD, Nathl. WEEKS, Henry ODELL, Moses FLETCHER, and Diggord SPARKS- who being duly Sworn on the Evangelists of Almighty God deposeth and sayeth- that they were Private Soldiers in the Queens Rangers when that Corps was Commanded by Lieut. Colo. ROGERS- that they belonged to Captain FRAZERs Company- that said FRAZER never did pay to any of them the Kings Bounty of 40/ Shillings Sterling which was at that time allowed to every Man who Voluntarily enlisted into said Regiment.
