Commandant's House THE humble Address of his Majesty's dutiful and Loyal Subjects, the Refugees, stationed on Bergen Neck, has been received by his Royal Highness. His Royal Highness has seen with pleasure the loyal sentiments contained in the address, and Rear-Admiral DIGBY will take care to make them known to his Majesty.
