The memorial of Capt. Lieut. Duncan FLETCHER of the Loyal American Regiment. Respectfully Sheweth That your memorialist has served as a Lieut. in the Loyal American Regiment, from April 1777, till March 1781, when he was honor'd with the Rank he now holds in said Regiment. With regard to his various services, Your memorialist begs leave to refer your Excellency to Col. ROBINSON, his Commanding Officer, and as a Company is now become Vacant by the removal of Captain Morris ROBINSON to the Queens Rangers, your memorialist presumes to lay his Claim before your Excellency & humbly solicits that he may be appointed in the room of Captain ROBINSON.
