Savannah 22d May 1780 Sir Captain WILLY of the Kings Rangers had the misfortune of being taken Prisoner near Abercorn by a Small party of Rebel plunderers- they admitted him to his Parole- he now has the honor of delivering this, he hopes to obtain an Exchange- and to be permitted to bring back such of the men of that Corps as may have been liberated by the taking of Charles Town-
