MR. WYLLY having been honoured with a Commission from his Excellency the Governor to raise a Volunteer Company of Artillery, subject, (as nearly as may be) to the Militia Laws of the province, requests such Gentlemen as wish to enter into that Corps to give in their names either to Lieut. M’GOUN or himself. And as the number will, for the present, be rather limited, Gentlemen who wish to be enrolled in the Corps are desired to make speedy application. Savannah, 24th April, 1781.
