Form of an Oath to be administered to the Negroes serving in Capt. MARTINs Company I _________ do swear that I enter freely & voluntarily into His Majestys Service, and I do enlist myself without the least compulsion or persuasion into the Negro Company commanded by Capt. MARTIN, and that I will demean myself orderly & faithfully, and will chearfully obey all such directions as I may receive from my said Captain, or the Officers under his Command, and that I will continue to serve His Majesty in all such Services as I may be employed in during the present Rebellion in America--
So help me God.
