At the General Court Martial Whereof Lieut. Colonel MACLEAN is President, held at Sorel the 14th of August, Samuel GRAHAM, or GRIMES, private Soldier in the 84th Regiment is found Guilty of the crime laid to his charge in breach of the 19th Article of the 14th Section of the Articles of War, and Sentenced to suffer Death, by being hung by the neck 'till he is dead, and he is to be afterwards hung in Chains, to deter others from so great a Crime, on whatever part of the Frontiers His Excellency the Commander in Chief may judge proper.

Wm. WAY Private Soldier of the 84th Regt. is acquitted there not being Sufficient Evidence against him.

The Commander in Chief approves of the said Sentences and Orders that Saml. GRAHAM, or GRIMES, be executed in the Presence of the Troops Stationed at Sorel.

Mr. William JONES Provost Martial to attend and see the above sentence put in force.

The General Court Martial is dissolved.
