This is to Certify that Lt. ATKINSON Joined the Earl of Dunmore, Early in 1776, in company with his Father and a number of men, for the King's service-- That I have, Ever, heard that Mr. ATKINSON's Father, who fell in the service, was a man of Fortune, in Maryland-- That Mr. ATKINSON served in the Queens Rangers, from the formation, to the reduction of that Corps. Lastly, That Mr. ATKINSONs Uniform compliance with the severe dutues, to which that Regt. was, at all times, exposed, has plunged him into all the miseries of a broken Constitution--
