QUARME Commdr. from Oyster-Bay, Long Island, N: America, on an expedition to destroy a Rebel Galley, he landed in the face of a continual fire from the Rebels; then took Command of a party of Marines, where he was much exposed and was very Servicable, and during the whole Expedition exerted himself in a very singular and Spirited manner against the Rebels, and in support of his Majesty’s Arms.
