Strong able bodied men, LET them repair to Brigadier General CLEVELAND, and if approved of, they will be new cloathed, and receive the same Pay with the Men of the Artillery, and meet with every other Encouragement.—
Those Men engaged in the Provincial Troops, will have Leave to serve in the Artillery. The Pay of a Matross is One Shilling and four Pence farthing per Day.
