DESERTED from the Horse Department of the Royal Artillery, SAMUEL VAN HORNE, a mulatto man aged 20 Years, about five feet five inches high, marked in the face with the Small Pox, came lately from Bergen in the Jerseys.
Whoever apprehends said Deserter by giving information to the Office of the Horse Department, in Nassau Street, shall be handsomely rewarded for their trouble, and whoever harbours or conceals him, will be prosecuted as the law directs.
