The Subscriber a good Subject to King George do hereby let to David GEORGE a Free Negro Man my House Garden and Field situate two Miles from Savannah near the little Ogeechie. Any person Molesting or disturbing him in the possession of the premises will be prosecuted to the Utmost riger of the Law.-- John WRIGHT Savannah 11th Decr. 1779.-- Permit the Bearer to pass and repass about his lawful Business unmolested. Edwd. COOPER Town Adjt. Savannah 1st Jany. 1780 The within mentioned David GEORGE has a Wife Named Phillis and three Children (who are Also free) Jesse, David and Ginny who are all recommended to the protection of his Majesty's Subjects.-- Edwd. COOPER T Adjt. of The Bearer David GEORGE has my leave to pass and repass on his Business.
