Major Genl. TRYON having Sent from New York a Wood Canteen which has been much approved of by the Army there, has desired me to request the honor of waiting on Lord AMHERST to Shew it his Lordship for his Opinion:

I must therefore desire the favor of You Sir to request his Lordship will permit me the Honor of an Interview & that You will be so Obliging to acquaint me the time his Lordship appoints.
