Colonel INNIS will be so obliging as to acquaint Governor BROWNE that the Commander in Chief is extremely well pleased with the report made of his Corps, and the Active Spirit and ardour which animates both Officers and men, he has no doubt of their being of very great Service in the Cource of this Campaign.
