Sir,

Application having been made to the King in behalf of Ensign John BLOXHAM of the North Carolina Volunteers, whose health has been much impaired by his Service in that Province, that he may remain in England for his recovery, His Majesty has been pleased to comply therewith, and to permit him to remain absent from his Regiment for Six Months from the date hereof.
