I have the honor to annex Copy of a Letter to Lieut. Colo. WIGHTMAN, also Extract of Colo. INNES's Report to the Commander in Chief respecting his Corps, which is to be dissolved, but as neither Colo. INNES nor myself can go to see this order put in execution, he therefore desires me to request you will be so good as fix a time with Lieut. Colo. WIGHTMAN, and see his Excellencys Pleasure respecting that Corps fulfilled-
