To his Excelency Sir Henry CLINTON Lieut. General & Knight of the
most honorable order of the Bath.

Danl. MURRAY Capt. commanding Governor Wentworth's Volunteers begs leave to propose- That officers may be appointed for a Troop of Dragoons, complete, to receive such pay as his Excellency, the Commander in Chief may please to direct- the pay of Officers & men with their Rations & Emoluments to be form'd into a Fund & to be appropriated for the general Subsistence of the Company.
