The Officers composing the General Court Martial of which Brigadier General POWELL is President are to return to their respective Quarters, with all Convenient speed, until further Orders.

After Orders

The Commander in Chief is pleased to appoint Major NAIRNE of the Royal Highland Emigrants to the Command of the Corps of Royalists in the room of Major McALPINE deceased.

All Returns and matters relative to that Corps are in future to be addressed to him.
