We the Subscribers do hereby Certifie that from Opportunities of Observation, During our Quartering in this Village and its Vicinity, that Mr. Richd. HILL inspector at Brooklyn Ferry, has always Paid the Closest attention to his duty Circumspectly Discharging the Same as becomes a trusty and faithful Officer; to the Satisfaction of his Majesty's Officers & troops at this Post, and that it is our full Persevaision that he is Essentially useful, as well to his Majesty's Service, as to the Public in General &c.
