The Court of enquiry held on the 15th July 82 by Order of B. Gen. MARSH is returnd. to him by his Excelly. the Commandr. in Chief with his Observation that the Charge Exhibited by Cornet A.L. SMITH of the American Legion against Capt. LIVINGSTON of the Same Regt. have been very permature ---witht. foundation--- therefore B.G. MARSH directs that Cornet A.L. SMITH begs pardon of Capt. LIVINGSTON at the Head of the American Legion.
