MARSH's Orders that a Court of enquiry Should Sit at 10 oClock tomorrow morning to Examine the Charge exhibited by Cornet SMITH against Capt. LIVINGSTON in his Letter of 30^th May Last to Majr. MENZIE Commandg. the American Legion on Report to the Br. Gen. for the information of the Commandr. in Chief.
